3. Based on your requirements, we’ll send you a proposal
   
   Your initial proposal will be based on your requirements and budget, a draft for review and comments. All changes or additions to the proposal will be forwarded to you for approval along with full terms and conditions.
   
   
4. If you like the proposal –
   
   We’ll confirm Upon confirmation you will be required to send a deposit in the amount of 50% of total. Final Payment is due 45 days prior to the date when services start.
   
   Approximately three weeks prior to departure you will receive your travel details, times etc where applicable and all necessary vouchers for the services you have contracted for. You will be given addresses and phone numbers for hotels, and your vouchers will contain contact numbers for any issues or questions which may arise whilst abroad.
